Job Title: Engineering/Test Technician
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm or until finished including weekends when needed.
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76177 - Close to Haslet
Pay: $25/hr Weekly Pay - Full time -
Bachelors OR Associate Degree is required
The Test Technician supports FAI (First Article Inspection), test, and pack/production operations by performing daily test station setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and validation activities.

Nature of Work / Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:- Operate, monitor, and maintain production test equipment.
- Assist engineers with debugging test systems, fixtures, cables, and related equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance, calibration support, and basic repair of test equipment and fixtures.
- Configure and troubleshoot test stations and automated testing systems.
- Collect and maintain test data, failure information, and maintenance logs.
- Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Process, and Failure Analysis teams.
- Follow ESD requirements, safety standards, and work instructions.
- Support urgent production issues and recovery activities when needed.
Additional Requirements
- Experience in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) or high-volume manufacturing environments preferred.
- Familiarity with functional testing, system-level testing, or automated test equipment is a plus.
- Basic soldering and rework experience preferred.
- Knowledge of ESD control and electronics handling procedures.
- Experience supporting NPI (New Product Introduction) builds and production ramp activities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work overtime or weekends when production requires support.
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
